Our Workspace

The Klose lab is a small well organised group in which lab members working on individual projects cooperate by sharing reagents, ideas and expertise. This dynamic extends into the wider department and to collaborations with other groups. Joint lab meetings maintain friendly and effective communication between those who share reagents and equipment, while a monthly journal club with groups slightly further afield helps to maintain a fresh perspective and a broader awareness of up to date research.

Our location in the New Biochemistry building is ideal, with a wide range of facilities available on site. We have access to several super-resolution microscopes provided by Micron, as well as Biophysical equipment.

Away from the bench, the Klose lab are keen to welcome new individuals to the group and to celebrate personal and professional successes together, traditionally capping of each year with a delicious Christmas dinner.
